These Terms govern your use of the TERA website and waitlist. TERA is a pre-launch product. No banking, payment, or financial services are provided through this website. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms.

1. About TERA

TERA Technologies Ltd ('TERA', 'we', 'us') is a company incorporated in Cyprus developing a consumer financial application. The website (tera.bank) is a pre-launch marketing site.

No financial products are available through this website. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer, account, or contractual relationship beyond these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this website or join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist means you consent to receive one invitation email when TERA opens in your region, plus occasional product updates.
  • Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access to TERA's services, which may be subject to identity verification, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements at the time of launch.
  • You may unsubscribe from all emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
  • We reserve the right to close or discontinue the waitlist at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to submit multiple waitlist entries or scrape the site.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site's infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent your identity when submitting your email.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
